Founded during the CoVid-19 pandemic by an ER RN and an ER mental health therapist, our mission is to connect, inspire, and educate healthcare providers to be in alignment with themselves and their purpose. Grounded in science, propelled by enjoyment, we offer regional and international retreats to foster balance in caring for ourselves, our patients, and our communities.
